Thanksgiving is over. We’ve all stuffed our faces, slept our asses off, endangered the ozone layer with our gas, and bombed our toilets; not to mention, wait in line for hours, shopped our asses off, and blew money by the boatload. Now that that is all behind us, there’s just one more holiday to look forward to before the year ends and we’re donned with another year and a new beginning — Christmas. I can honestly say that EVERY Christmas, I play the hell out of this song. Lol. This is like the only song that gets me in the holiday spirit. Also, it reminds me of how lucky I am to have such wonderful family and friends in my life. For the past couple of years, I’ve drawn my focus away from the whole giving/receiving part of Christmas and focused more on the togetherness and happiness of family and friends. I see it as a chance to be together with the ones you love and cherish before the year comes to an end and a new beginning arises. I love Christmas and New Year’s. It’s a chance to be with everyone I love in such a short amount of time, not to mention, a few weeks after New Year’s is my birthday. LOL. I turn 23 this upcoming year. JESUS CHRIST.
